Negeri Sembilan as one of the smallest states in Malaysia, is not particularly known as a tourist spot. 1. Ulu Bendul Recreational Park

If you happen to be a person who loves Mother Nature, there is one place recommended to visit. The Ulu Bendul Recreational Park is a place where you can relax yourself along with your family while listening to the breeze of the wind.

2. Istana Seri Menanti

The building itself is made out of wood and attached together without the use of any single nails. A beautiful landscape to enter the palace and a long walk from the gate to the main entrance. The museum contains a lot of information on the history and culture.

3. Centipede Temple/Then Sze Temple

This temple is over 140 years old and its beauty attracts tourist and visitors. There is a three storey pagoda with a laughing Buddha on the top floor. A giant stone centipede has been erected at the site to mark the spot.

4. Virgins’ Temple

This Hindu Temple, also known as Kanni Kuil, has many mystical tales concerning the temple. The temple is simple and fairly ornate. The sign board of the temple says “I believe in the seven virgin goddesses”.

5. PD Ostrich Show Farm

This ostrich farm does not only consists of ostriches but other huge variety of farm animals which together makes a fun visit, entertaining, educational and a microcosm of what farms are like in Malaysia.

6. Church Of The Visitation

This is a very old church built in 1848. The façade looks exactly as before, it is beautifully kept and very well ventilated. With stained glass, old wooden pews and modern sanctuary, it is an amazing place to visit.

7. Kuala Klawang Adat Museum

The museum was officially opened to public in 2008. Here, the tradition revolving lifecycle such as birth and death is being showcased. There are mannequins of the olden day’s people of Iban Tribal Court and Traditional Malay Wedding.

8. Alive 3D Art Gallery

For art enthusiasts, this is a good place for inspiration and admiration of 3D arts. The well-drawn collection of 3D artworks in the gallery looks so realistic that you wouldn’t believe your eyes. It makes a fun trip for kids too to interact with the art for photography session.

9. Port Dickson Army Museum

This is one of the best museum in Malaysia alongside with Royal Malaysian Police Museum. It is located next to a military base off the main road about 7km away from Port Dickson.

10. Pengkalan Kempas
