Saturday Buffet @ Kazumi Japanese Restaurant

Checking out Kazumi's Saturday Japanese dinner buffet, which costs a reasonable. This was formerly Kampachi at the Equatorial Bangi, but it's now Kazumi after the hotel turned into Hotel Bangi-Putrajaya. 

Its bright and earthy colour interiors with modern decor greatly complements its new range of creative menus created by Chef Cheah, a pioneer in Japanese cuisine. 

The raw fish meets the minimum benchmark for satisfaction - sufficient incentive to return to the sashimi counter for seconds.

The favourite's the maki section - soft-shell crab rolls boast crisp crustacean flesh; unagi rolls offer plump toppings of eel. 

No lack of all-you-can-eat seafood, whether you're seeking shishamo, prawns, clams or salmon, from the head to the belly.
