We booked family room and it is spacious for the 3 of us. Breakfast was okay. Parking is free.
the service was good place was cozy for 2 days stay. price was good too. a good deal for family.
Hotel facility is 2 star level. Surrounding area to go is very convinent. Free parking lot for car many available.value of money that what you pay for room below Rm50. ok to stay
Although I never live in this hotel.. But I book on Agoda but suddenly get a bad news, but agoda service now is very bad.. Hard to find their customer service contact and email them also didn't reply. Hard to contact them when you got problem want to ask them. I knew book on Agoda they got mention cannot refund. But I will book it because of the fair price and I also saw on Agoda free cancel before 11th Dec 2021.. Luckily this hotel management quickly respond and fully assistant on my problem. Appreciate Hotel Kobemas Management helping and good services. I will choose your hotel next time. 🥰 Thank you so so much. 🙏🏻
