Alhamdulillah, the vacation at A.Y.I Sutera homestay is over. The homestay is clean and fragrant. The swimming pool is the best, the children are happy to bathe until midnight. All rooms have air conditioning. There is a water heater. Friendly owner. Everyone is satisfied. Recommended for anyone who wants to rent a homestay in Melaka. Not far from the downstream city and hotspot areas of Melaka. The price is cheap for our family of 4. Heheh. Good luck to the owner.

Nice place to stay
A comfortable homestay complete with all facilities for the comfort of tenants. Very private considering it is a corner unit and fully fenced. The spacious indoor and outdoor areas are suitable for large families, especially the swimming pool area (with a depth of 4 feet). The owner is very considerate and helpful to ensure our comfort. I am very happy and enjoy being here and will definitely come again in the future.
New completed homestay. Stayed during hari raya. Kids love the swimming pool. Perfect for family gatherings. Highly recommended.
