- This booking is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).

- The hotel will collect a security deposit of RM100 in cash only upon check in. This is refundable during check out if there are no damages, losses or massive dirt.

- Maximum number of people allowed is 3 person – both adults and children, there is additional charge RM50 after 3 persons.

- Smoking, durian, pets and explosive materials are not allowed.

- Facilities are to be used and handled with care.

- Any activities which may interfere with the quiet enjoyment of neighborhood are not allowed.

- This hotel is good for rest and relaxation but not suitable for parties.

- Guests are reliable for any additional damages to the room or furniture.

- Late night check in or check out services is not available.

- There will be a minimum surcharge of RM50 if delay in check out without permission, subsequent hours is RM50 per hour. The owner reserves the right to terminate or refuse the lodging contract of guests if any of the above regulations are violated. In such case, no refunds will be given.
