I really loved my stay at this hotel, I felt at home and it was favorite hotel in Malaysia. The service was great, the facilities were awesome, this hotel has everything: restaurant, gym, pool table, indoor playground, garden, library… it has an amazing value for money. All the staff was very very kind, helpful and accommodating towards adults and children. They arranged everything we needed. And after checking out, I forgot my charger in the room and a receptionist brought it for me free of charge at the bus station. This was really appreciated. I would definitely come back.
Affordable 3-stars hotel. Stayed for 1 night in double beds room with view, also with morning breakfast for only 10 RM. This hotel was clean, comfort and chill. Since it is far from road, the ambience is so quite. The room is equipped with TV cable and wifi, the bathroom is equipped with bathtub and hot water. I enjoy stay here, the breakfast also great, standard breakfast menu for 3-star hotel. Great experience to stay here, and Heritage hotel will be our top priority hotel to choose if we come back to visit cameroon highlands
In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Cameron highland, as it’s always exceeds expectations. The rooms are super comfy and clean, staff is friendly, hotels has many facilities to enjoy on I would recommend it to everyone as I have stayed here for more than 5 times and it always has meet expectations and never disappointed me I would surely come here again during my next holiday. 😃
I think this hotel deserves a special appreciation. The staff is helpful and courteous. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location reminds me of my apartment in the US.
Great view, amenities and family friendly. Don't listen to the reviews, this hotel is a gem. Location is central to all the touristy places. There is a gym, indoor playground, billiards and foosball table and laundry room. Great amenities wise. Room was clean, spacious and no smell. Balcony view was a highlight of our stay. Breakfast spread has a lot of variety but if it's not to your taste can still go down to a nearby food place and get some other food. Good value hotel overall. Would definitely come back to this hotel.
