The room is spacious, clean but I do hope could do more with a bit air freshner. Otherwise friendly front desk staff and prompt service. The only downside is buffet breakfast a bit slow to refill and should improve this.
We had a lovely stay during christmas. Location is good. Water pressure is strong and the bathtub is updated and clean. Breakfast buffet is not the best but is good and basic enough. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
We have a pleasant stay in Hotel De'La Fern. Very clean and comfort stay. Food wise also Nice and tasty. Management and all staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Will come back again for the next visit.
The place was nice and comfortable to stay. Bf was nice. Location was nearby to most of the attractions. Many visitors come stay here from within Malaysia, Singapore and European countries. Next door is also a halal restaurant that serves steamboat, western and briyani.very polite and helpful crew always with smiles.
Excellent hospitality , spacious room. Although the room is a little old, the room has the essentials. Mr Raj was hospitable, attentive and made our stay here lovely. Staffs were friendly.
