We recently had a wonderful vacation at the Shallow Lagoon Rasdhoo Island, Maldives, and we would like to share the amazing experience that we had here. For sure this was a best guesthouse in whole Rasdhoo Island, which provided a full resort experience at an affordable price. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The staffs in the hotel were helpful, and they helped us with everything from arranging speedboat transfers for arriving and leaving the island, and they were supportive for booking excursions. We booked a full-day excursion to snorkel with mantas, nurse sharks and local spices of fishes (Luckily, we saw a group of mantas! How amazing it was!), and the professionalism and safety measures were outstanding. The staffs were quite kind, friendly and considerate. The excursion was so well planned and we always felt safe and had fun! One of the highlights during the stay in Shallow Lagoon Rasdhoo was the warm-hearted people that we met here, especially the sunshine lady - Maria, who was an absolute treasure! She spoke perfect Spanish and English, and she was super helpful, out-going, hospitable and totally easy-going. She made us feel right at home from the moment that we made our first step on the Island! She welcomed us at the port of the island when we arrived. She gave us very good recommendations on how we could make our vacation even more enjoyable in the Island, which helped us have a really wonderful time in the end! She sent us to the port when we finished our trip in the Island, and at that moment I felt like that I just finished visiting an old friend which we have met for years! We are so looking forwards to another visit here! All in all, we had a wonderful time at the Shallow Lagoon Rasdhoo Island, Maldives. Many thanks again to all the staffs working in the hotel! We are absolutely happy with our choice! If you’re looking for a warm, local and family vibe of the Maldives, this is the place to experience it!

Warm and caring staffs to make an enjoyable paradise-like vacation. Family and I really enjoyed staying in Shallow Lagoon Rasdhoo and the excursions they accompanied us, which brought all of us awesome experiences and memories, especially for my 75-year-old mom who experienced the first snorkeling in her life. Their family-like and reliable taking care of her to make her days in this trip. Thank you for all of you.

It's southen ocean style hotel and quite calm and natural. Very easy to access from port and each beach. Regarding excursions, Shallow Lagoon arrange and everyday has different excursions in the morning. After excursion, we can enjoy our afternoon time for rest and go out to beach and enjoy sunset. It's small and local people inhabited island, you can see left and right seashore at the same time in the middle of island, so all island locations are within 10min walking distance from hotel. There are delicious food and buffet and also bar for dancing and night. Owner, Mustafa & Firah are very nice, and Maria & Hussein and staffs are very kind and hospitable and always smile and say hello, and really caring of customers.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Maldives with my wife, and it was an incredible experience. We stayed at Shallow Lagoon for a week and I must say the food was great, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff truly went above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure the safety of all guests. You could really tell they were passionate about their work. And also Shallow Lagoon offers a large variety of trips you can include in your holliday. One of the highlights was the trip where we had the opportunity to snorkel with manta rays and sharks. It was an unforgettable adventure! The marine life in the Maldives is simply breathtaking, a true gem of our planet.
