Shallow Lagoon Rasdhoo

We recently visited the Shallow Lagoon Hotel, and let me tell you the experience was fantastic. The hotel is located just a few steps away from the sea, where there was its own terrace with deckchairs. Most of all, we were impressed by the staff and their hospitality towards the guests. Every day we went on trips organized by the hotel staff and I have to tell you it's a level up. we saw everything they promised us from manta rays, sharks, million fish and many other animals. I think that this trip will remain in our memories forever. The food was good, the rooms were spacious, the sea was wonderful, as I said before, the staff was the friendliest, rating 5/5. A big thank you to everyone, but the best thank you to Ima, Husein, Abdul, Maria and Coco for making our vacation the best it could be.

Visited with the wife and the kid. Rooms are spacious and are regularly cleaned, staff is top notch- my wife and I travel a lot but we’ve never felt more welcome anywhere else. Food is average, but it’s the best you’ll get on the island. Our 18 month old baby is an extremely picky eater and the kitchen + restaurant staff did their best to ensure he is fed. Overall great experience, will surely come back very soon.

We recently had a wonderful vacation at the Shallow Lagoon Rasdhoo Island, Maldives, and we would like to share the amazing experience that we had here. For sure this was a best guesthouse in whole Rasdhoo Island, which provided a full resort experience at an affordable price. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The staffs in the hotel were helpful, and they helped us with everything from arranging speedboat transfers for arriving and leaving the island, and they were supportive for booking excursions. We booked a full-day excursion to snorkel with mantas, nurse sharks and local spices of fishes (Luckily, we saw a group of mantas! How amazing it was!), and the professionalism and safety measures were outstanding. The staffs were quite kind, friendly and considerate. The excursion was so well planned and we always felt safe and had fun! One of the highlights during the stay in Shallow Lagoon Rasdhoo was the warm-hearted people that we met here, especially the sunshine lady - Maria, who was an absolute treasure! She spoke perfect Spanish and English, and she was super helpful, out-going, hospitable and totally easy-going. She made us feel right at home from the moment that we made our first step on the Island! She welcomed us at the port of the island when we arrived. She gave us very good recommendations on how we could make our vacation even more enjoyable in the Island, which helped us have a really wonderful time in the end! She sent us to the port when we finished our trip in the Island, and at that moment I felt like that I just finished visiting an old friend which we have met for years! We are so looking forwards to another visit here! All in all, we had a wonderful time at the Shallow Lagoon Rasdhoo Island, Maldives. Many thanks again to all the staffs working in the hotel! We are absolutely happy with our choice! If you’re looking for a warm, local and family vibe of the Maldives, this is the place to experience it!

Warm and caring staffs to make an enjoyable paradise-like vacation. Family and I really enjoyed staying in Shallow Lagoon Rasdhoo and the excursions they accompanied us, which brought all of us awesome experiences and memories, especially for my 75-year-old mom who experienced the first snorkeling in her life. Their family-like and reliable taking care of her to make her days in this trip. Thank you for all of you.
