【沙登秘密花园民宿】是一间4房3浴室占地7千方呎的别墅,可容纳13~22人。一个宽大的客厅+饭厅。干和湿厨房。还有一个宽阔的户外活动厅及BBQ烧烤区，可办大型活动，如结婚出嫁，生日派对，朋友聚会等等。
如果您选择住在我们的民宿，我们乐意为您提供导游和探索美食天堂之城。

 在办理入住时会收取RM300(可退款)的安全押金。

More information
The space

It is an entire bungalow with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
A big living hall + dining area (with Aircon), dry and wet kitchen with basic necessity equipment
A spacious outdoor event hall and barbecue area

Max 13 pax. But for extra people it will charge as per below. 
The 14th & 19th additional beds cost RM 30 each.
The 20th ~ 22th additional beds cost RM 20 each.

All bedrooms with Aircon
-【Larva】 = 1 King bed, 1 Single bed, (can add 2 Single beds) With attached
Bathroom.
-【Minions】 = 2 Double Decker (can add 2 Single bed)
-【Panda 】= 1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Decker (can add 1 Single bed)
-【Snoopy】 = 2 Singles bed (can add 1 Single bed)
Note: 3 additional single beds can be arranged at the living hall with RM 20 each.

Note: Event fees of RM100~RM250 will be charged for guests rent for Wedding use or Party use. Charges are subject to the number of headcount attend the event.

我们的民宿可以住13至22人。
注意:您只能在Airbnb中输入最多16位客人，额外的客人加床可以在预订后直接向我们订购。第14到第18张额外的床每张收费30令吉(加在房间)。第19到22张额外的床位每张收费20令吉(加在客厅)。

注意:婚礼用途或派对用途将会收取RM100~RM250的活动费用。收费取决于参加活动的人数。

-【毛毛虫】 = 1张特大床，1张单人床，(可加2张单人床)连接浴室。
- 【迷你兵团】= 2张双层单人床，(可加2张单人床~ )。
-【熊猫】= 1张大床，1张双层单人床(可加1张单人床)。
-【史努比】= 2张单人床(可加1张单人床)。

注意:客厅可以安排3张额外的单人床，每张20令吉。

IMPORTANT. Please check the terms and conditions before check-in Serdang Secret Garden Homestay.

1) A security deposit RM 300 (refundable) will be collected upon check in time.
2) Guests must inform if there is any additional beds request one day prior check in. each extra bed cost RM30/pax/night.
3) Event fees of RM100~RM250 will be charged for guests rent for Wedding use or Party use. Charges are subject to the number of head count attend the event.
4) Other then the BBQ Stove. The full set BBQ Tools is available for RENT for RM48. ( BBQ set included ~ 1 pc Charcoal pliers, 2 bags of Charcoal, 2 Stainless steel tray, 1 box fire starter and 12 pcs BBQ Tools. All the BBQ equipment must be wash & clean up after use. A minimum fine of RM20 will be charged, if the BBQ Equipment found not wash & clean up.
5)Please inform us of your check-in time at least one day in advance. Normal check in time is 3 pm or after.
6) Please do inform us check-out time at least one hour before you check out. Normal Check out time is 12pm or before. (Note : Any delay of check out (After 12pm) will be charge RM50/hour.
7) Facilities provided in homestay are for the convenience and Comfort for our guests’. It is advisable that you take photos of these facilities / items so that you can remember where to put them after used.
8) Shower Gel, shampoo and hair-dryer are provided in our homestay. Towels are available for rent with RM3 per piece.
9) Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited inside the house ( RM 100 will be fined if found that you smoked indoor or pets stay in).
10) No food and drinks allow inside the bedroom areas. Ample dining and lounging areas can be found around the homestay.
11 ) Please turn off all the switches of air-conditioning, Water heather, fans , lights and TV before you leave your "Home” Especially the air-conditioning ! If found that the air conditioning still on when you are not in the Homestay ,some of your deposit will be burned !
12) Lost keys will be fined minimum RM 50.
13) All outdoor activities must move inside the house before 12am. The outdoor light will be off at 12am.

入住秘密花园民宿前的条款和条件须知

1) 在办理入住时会收取RM300(可退款)的安全押金。
2) 入住前的一天，如有增加入住人数或需要加床必须通知,每张加床是RM30/pax/晚。
3) 婚礼用途或派对用途将会收取RM100~RM250的活动费用。收费取决于参加活动的人数.
4) 除了烧烤炉之外，全套烧烤设备租金RM48,(包括烧烤套餐~ 1件木炭钳子，2包木炭，2个不锈钢托盘，1盒起火种和12件烧烤工具，所有烧烤设备使用后必须清洗干净。如果烧烤设备发现没有清洗干净，将会收取RM20的清洗费用。
5) 请在入住前一天通知您的入住时间，以方便接待. 正常入住时间为下午3点或之后。
6) 请在退房前至少一小时通知我们退房时间，正常退房时间为中午12点之前。迟退房将会收费每小时RM50(计算从12pm开始)。
7) 民宿提供的设施是为了客人的方便和舒适。建议您拍摄这些设施/物品的照片，以便在使用后记住放回它们的位置
8) 我们的民宿提供沐浴露，洗发水和吹风机。毛巾可供出租，每件RM3
9) 房子内严禁吸烟和宠物, 如果发现您在室内吸烟或带宠物入住将会被罚款RM100
10) 卧室区域内不允许吃食物和饮料，因为民宿周围有充足的餐饮桌和休闲区。
11) 离开“家”之前，请关掉空调，热水器，风扇，灯和电视的所有开关。特别是空调！如果发现当您不在民宿时空调仍在运转，您的一些押金将被扣掉！
12) 丢失的钥匙将被罚款至少RM50.
13) 所有户外活动必须在凌晨12点前移入室内，以免吵到邻居。户外灯将在凌晨12.30自动关上。
