1) Ironing facility, hair dryer & extra key cards - On request (with deposit of RM100.00)

2) Check-in time from 3.00 p.m. Check-out time by 12 noon.

3) Extended check-out time up to 6 p.m. @ 50% of published rate. After 6 p.m. - full rate.

4) Reservations will be held until 3 p.m., unless guaranteed.

5) A surcharge of RM40.00 will be imposed for each extra occupant in a room.

6) All customers are required to settle in full on check-in to prevent damages or loss of the facility.

7) An amount will be imposed if items are missing or damages are found in room. The amount will depend on case to case basis
