I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel on several occasions, and each time has been a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel offers comfortable and well-maintained rooms, which always make my stay pleasant. What really sets this hotel apart is its staff. They are not only friendly but also incredibly professional and attentive to every need. In particular, I want to highlight Muruga, Arvin, and Puren for their exceptional service. They go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and well-cared for. Their warm hospitality is one of the main reasons I keep returning to this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay. Thank you for making my visits so memorable
The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff Murugan made my retreat most enjoyable.I were very impressed by the responsiveness of you and your staff Murugan from the planing stage till the end of my retreat. What is most commendable is that numerous request were all but acceded.
The staff are friendly to customers and they always smile to guest. I arrived at 9am check in time 1pm but the reception Arvind check in fast and murugan also help me when I request help at night to check Ac he cm and fix the problem..i will come again to this hotel thanks to murugan and Arvind
I had a plasent stayed in this hotel.for me I like it .it was very convenient to move around with public transport & even food was great around brickfields just wan to say thanks to Dhanusa & the team who was very helpful. I will keep repeating my stay when ever I come by to KL tq
Reception by the name of Mahen (older guy) was very professional and helpful. Always ready to serve and very polite . Other staffs, the young ones are always on the phone even when working time.
