Reception by the name of Mahen (older guy) was very professional and helpful. Always ready to serve and very polite . Other staffs, the young ones are always on the phone even when working time.
The location of the hotel is amazing. Just 500 meters walk from KL central metro station and mall, indian street is also within a kilometer from the hotel. But rooms are clean but very small windows show backyard of the town which is better closed. And i would recommend do not take breakfast option with hotel booking as they send to bear by restaurant where there are very few options for the hotel guest and only 1 limited meal can be taken with tea or coffee.
Average priced hotel with room that comfortable and strategic location. Me and friends really loved it!
The room is okay (I booked a smaller room and asked them for changing and they can help me with that) the location is the best as it is very close to KL sentral station and NU Sentral which is a shopping mall. I accidentally make their towel dirty they charged we for 25rm which is okay for me because it’s my fault. Surely will stay here again if traveling to Kuala Lumpur!
Room was good, the sheets and quilt covers may need renewing but over all staff was friendly, hotel services was good, place was clean and they have a little prayer room
