Very spacious, kids really love the pool especially the slide, adults too 😁 It is good to have many toilets n showers when you come in a big group. Maybe could consider to have a wash basin in the dining room.

I would like to rate 3.5 4 star for the aircond Spacious Room and Play Pool (with clean up area) if compare with other homestay with private pool. *Play pool not swimming pool for swimmer, overall kids are very happy ☺️ 4+1 Room , perfect for 13 pax But they provide addition 6 single tilam. 3 toilet in the unit, 2 with water heater Very good BBQ area with dining table , charcoal provided FOC If need to cook for kids bring your pot for hygiene purpose. Fews things to take note : 1. switch off Swimming pool light: (owner will come before check out 12pm and point out what she unsatisfied with our staying period, exp: we didn't switch off swimming pool light during mid night ( she can see from her mobile phone through cctv, i m so so sorry coz we play card till 4am ) *Suggest to put up signage to remind switch off lighting and 2. Clean up everything before you leave the unit: rmb to cuci all pinggan mangkuk in the basin before leave the unit (rental is not included cleaning pinggan mangkuk and clean up your dining table) so pls do your own mess, additional charges if you leave your dirty plate. *Suggest to put up signage to clean up plate in the basin to avoid any complaints or unhappy conversation,lady owner take photo and say will cause additional charges if i didnt clean up now. (So i immediately wash the coffee cup and plate in the basin but one of the cleaner say " tak apa, saya boleh cuci" and she stand beside me and wait ....so end up i wash 50%, the cleaner wash another 50% 😂 no additional charges from the owner, so Thank you! 😂 My point of view is ... Is ok if you talk to our own kids like that but not customer, this is things need to improve for customer service. and lady owner also point out say we have 5 cars but not 4 car as told earlier...she can see from cctv ( so we know she keep look at us through the cctv, sound like....) my question is, what is the reason you need to care so much about how many car we drive out for vacation?🤔 We are not trying to hide just sometimes friends is too excited to meet up each other and we never suspect homestay owner will question us coz we pay rental for 3 days 2 nights.. So same things....can talk to your own kids this way but not customer as long as we don't exceed the max pax and take good care of your property right? All the way i have no issue with the guy owner, thank you and you are very friendly if i make feel disappointed about my reviews, no hard feelings ya, i am from customer service line so i am sorry if i am too demanding. Thank you aunty for the free canvas bag !👍 No right or wrong but advice to put up signage for rules and regulations to avoid argument later and we dont want to be rude to aunty, we all love our mother and granny! But is a good choice for family vacations ☺️

We booked this lovely homestay for 3d2n. Owner is really helpful in giving us instruction etc. During our stay, one picture frame was broken due to our negligence. Fortunately, the host return to us 100% of deposit without charging us a cent.. (thank you again boss). - Nice swimming pool - Well equipped bedrooms with enough blankets and pillows. - BBq pit and charcoal provided (extra point) - washing machine, blender etc provided.

The villa is well maintained. The bathroom facility in the garden is really useful to have speedy post beach/swimming pool actions completed. The swimming pool itself is also very well maintained and really good. The interior is a little small for large group of people - especially the living & dining rooms - not as big as what is perceived from the photos. The distance to the beach is approximately 2km. Barbeque facility is great. The overall amenities are very good. Punctual & trustworthy owner.

We had pleasant stay here and were very happy to stay in this big, spacious, nicely decorated and homely house. The house was very clean and tidy, and it looked exactly the same as shown in pictures. All amenities stated were provided. All the bedrooms were equipped with air-conditioning as well as ceiling fan. The living room was big enough for all of us to have card-gaming(cards were provided) session. The kids love the pool. The external bathroom provided for it. Recommended for family gathering.
