Review
Located right in the city. Marts, convenience stores, cafes, and eateries are all nearby. My room has a clear drawbridge view. The room was clean, neat and tidy. The toilet was sparkling clean and had all the necessities. The hotel lounge area provides a water dispenser, coffee machine, and computer. The staff at the counter were also friendly, approachable, and nice. It has ample parking space behind the hotel’s building. Feel safe with spotlights on at night.
Stayed there for a night in April 2024. Nice boutique hotel with clean rooms and bathroom. View of the drawbridge from the hotel was an added bonus. There are a few parking spots at the front of the hotel that you can reserve for a fee (I paid RM15), or you can also park at the rear of the hotel but those are on a first come, first served basis. Ironing board is available but it's shared per floor at the end of the hallway. Hairdryer is not available in the room but they can provide one on request.
This fairly new boutique hotel overlooking the Terengganu drawbridge was recommended by my friend. I reserved 13 rooms for a wedding occasion, and I was pleased to find that all rooms were clean and of a decent size. The first thing I noticed was the attentiveness of the front desk staff, which is crucial in the hospitality industry. When they greeted me by name, it felt special as a guest. I've encountered indifferent and rude front desk staff before, so encountering polite staff was truly appreciated. Everything went smoothly, from booking to check-in and check-out, and the amenities provided. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I sincerely hope that the management will maintain or even enhance the standards in various ways to ensure guests' happiness and satisfaction. Highly recommended!
Got a free upgrade for free. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the middle of the town. It’s so easy for accessible around. We got a chance to view the Draw Bridge from our room. Definitely will come again.
Overall this hotel is excellent in terms of cleanliness, location, parking availability worth the price. Will repeat in the future. Just because this is a new hotel, no breakfast provided and the staff said they might have a restaurant in the future. Staff Shida call prior coming to confirm. Staffs also very friendly Thank you
