DJ Citi Plaza Hotel & Suites

We checked in close to 8pm yesterday and got a surprise that our room which was a premier standard has been upgraded to a deluxe triple suite - such a sweet news for 2 tired travellers! The room was just perfect in every sense - absolutely clean, cozy and the bathroom was big, hygienic with really nice hot shower complete with toiletries. The reception staffs, both night and morning, are so friendly and very helpful in assisting us and willing to go the extra miles to make us feel comfortable. Though this was a very short stay out hearts were so content when we left this wonderful hotel. Highly highly recommended!

It was enjoyable staying at DJ Citi Plaza Hotel & Suites. Although the rooms aren't very spacious, the family room can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. It's perfect for small families with 2 kids. The price is also not too expensive and quite reasonable. The hotel's location is strategic, right in the city center. If you have your own vehicle, it’s convenient to get around. However, parking is somewhat limited, so if you return late at night and the hotel is full, you might have to park a bit further away.

This is my first time to stay here and it worth every penny.the hotel is newly built and very clean. one thing that need to improve here is to provide breakfast.they do provide coffee and tea for the guest but if could provide food services(paid buffet breakfast),i think guest will appreciate it. Other than this, soundproof is need to improve.i can hear nxt room chit chatting between them and alarm clock sound. Overall,i satisfied with the services provided especially receptionist👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I had a pleasant stay in the hotel and the staff is really friendly. The room that I stayed in was very cozy! The one that left a lasting impression was one of the staff, Syukri, who was working the night shift. He was very helpful in terms of giving a wake-up call as I had meetings to attend in the mornings. He woke me up on the dot. He even provided some good eateries to dine in as well! All in all, the 4 days 3 night stay I had was simply delightful. Thank you!

Stay 1 night with my family which is 5 adults and 2 kids. I've booked double room suite, comfortable space, 2 room separately, 2 bathroom, 1 small living area. My family members really enjoyed and no any problem while staying at this hotel. The price really reasonable. The room also clean, all item at room look new, any facilities like iron, iron board, mini fridge, hair dryer, toiletries, towel and bath robe! really interesting and no regret!
