1) Location wise quite strategic, approximately around 2.4km from Jetty Pangkor. Rate for taxi van around RM15 (one way) 2) staff friendly, professional 3) Required RM 100 cash for deposit upon check in 4) surrounding view of the place nice and clean 5) regarding room, i book executive beach front which has stunning view of the sea, the beach just around 3-5 meters from your room. You will get the view of majestic sunset from this Alun or your room (Executive type):The room quite spacious and clean. The room is provided with aircondition, strong wifi coverage, petty cash, small fridge and toileteries 6) beach quite private, perfect for honeymoon couple and kids ( except for the stray dog which doesn’t harm us so far. 7) bean bag provided at the beach area for you to rest 8) breakfast was okay , ( nasi lemak ikan bungkus sedap) 9) alun retreat has good location, just beside the stay has restaurant, food stall and groceries store (1 minute walk). 2 minute walks you will reach Pantai Pasir Bogak 10) if you want to rent a motorcycle, just contact Alun . They provide the service ( I got Avantiz scooter), rate rm40 per day. Overall good experience, will come again

A perfect place for family break! The hotel staffs are polite and helpful from booking. The hotel is unique and well maintained, the rooms are clean, compact but well designed so everything works perfectly. The air-conditioning works perfectly which is very important for us and there is water tap in front of each set of container. The site is clean and tidy, breakfast served ice east and west food. The place is non-smoking and no alcohol allowed for is nice and peaceful. We feel safe around the area and we love the beach right in front of the hotel . Will be back again :)

Totally worth the journey from KL. My family really had fun here because of the view of the beach and how beautiful the place was. Must come again if we get the chance. 👍🏻

1. The location is perfect, just a few miles from the night market street. We rented a bike, which made it convenient to get around the island. 2. The sea is just steps away from my room’s corridor, offering breathtaking views right from the cabin unit. 3. The food was delicious (bbq night & light breakfast). Eating while enjoying the breeze. 4. The private boat service made getting to the island so convenient. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the room was cozy and comfortable. 5. Water activities made easy to book (add-on). 6. Price wise, worth every penny! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Definitely a 5 STARS! We enjoyed our stay at Alun! 10 of us enjoyyyy staying there and definitely will repeat! Friendly and kind staffs! Amazing view!! Highly recommended!
